The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and contributing to the overall health and wellness of our community. Duties Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and safety protocols. Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans, particularly in areas such as geriatric physicians. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all medications are stocked appropriately and systems for tracking are maintained. Administer immunizations as required. Conduct medication therapy management and participate in medical management initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain comprehensive records of patient interactions and medication dispensation for compliance with legal requirements. Experience A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school is required. Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with geriatric Korean speaking patients. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality healthcare.
