Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire This leadership role supervises daily pharmacy operations and clinical services focused on safe, home-based intravenous therapies. The manager oversees sterile compounding activities, manages pharmacy staff, and ensures regulatory compliance while driving branch profitability.

Direct Hire Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Must have schedule flexibility Administrative on-call duties
Key Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day pharmacy activities, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management Supervise pharmacists and technicians; manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Participate in branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in California 3 to 7 years of direct clinical and operations experience in home infusion or acute care settings Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements Demonstrated team leadership skills Experience with CareTend system highly preferred This opportunity offers a pivotal position within a specialized infusion pharmacy setting, allowing you to apply your expertise in a growing and essential healthcare area.
