Flexible / Negotiable About the Position We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join our pharmacy team. We offer flexible scheduling and are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements. The ideal candidate is a responsible, patient-focused pharmacist who can oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, and provide excellent patient care. Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely Review prescriptions for appropriate therapy, dosing, interactions, and potential concerns Counsel patients regarding medications and proper use Supervise and support pharmacy staff Maintain compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation Communicate professionally with patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals Help ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient service Perform other pharmacy-related duties as needed Qualifications Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state PIC experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with digital/electronic prescription software preferred Previous pharmacy management experience is a plus Schedule Flexible hours available.
