Job Description

CA01 Process, enter, verify, and distribute medication orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure medication therapy is safe, effective, appropriate, and cost-effective . Review medication orders for appropriate indication, dose, route, frequency, allergies, duplication, and potential drug interactions. Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Required Licensure & Certifications Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice
  • REQUIRED
    All state-level licenses and certifications required to perform the duties of a Pharmacist
  • REQUIRED ACLS
    / HeartCode ACLS / HealthStream ACLS
  • REQUIRED Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Preferred At least 1 year of technical pharmacy experience
  • Preferred Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience

$4,042.00 per week
