Job Description
Job Description The Pharmacist is responsible for the daily organization and supervision of medication management activities in their areas, including but not limited to provision of clinical and drug distribution services and other duties as assigned. The pharmacist maintains, identifies medication safety concerns, and additional measures to provide a safe environment with consideration to the developmental changes in the patient population. Additionally, the pharmacists compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing related duties. Qualifications Education Doctorate Degree Pharm.
D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy in the USA.

- minimum Experience 1 year Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency practice experience.
- preferred Licenses and Certifications Pharmacist License
- Upon Hire minimum Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of California. Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Upon Hire preferred BLS certification.

Education Doctorate Degree Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy in the USA.
