PM Key Responsibilities:

Verify and check medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and proper workflow Utilize CPSI electronic medical record system for medication management Maintain compliance with recent hospital pharmacy standards (within 12 months)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active California pharmacist license Recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 12 months preferred Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and procedures Experience with electronic medical records, particularly CPSI, is a plus Ability to work independently and supervise pharmacy technicians effectively
