No Job Description We're looking for Staff Pharmacists who are driven to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and accuracy of medication use within a hospital setting. In this role, you'll evaluate medication orders, participate in the preparation and distribution of medications—including chemotherapy and infusions—and provide guidance to patients and healthcare staff. You'll also take a leadership role during urgent situations and help enforce hospital pharmacy policies in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Evaluate inpatient medication orders for appropriateness and safety Prepare, compound, label, and dispense medications, including IVs and chemotherapy Provide clear medication guidance to staff and patients Respond to emergencies and support clinical teams with medication decisions Follow state, federal, and hospital pharmacy policies and procedures Collaborative Teamwork This role requires active participation in a collaborative healthcare environment, working with nurses, providers, and fellow pharmacists to support safe, effective patient care.
