This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who is looking for a stable, professional work environment and would like to take on a leadership role in an independent pharmacy. Responsibilities Accurately review and dispense prescriptions Provide patient counseling and medication guidance Ensure compliance with California Board of Pharmacy requirements Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation Work closely with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure efficient daily operations Oversee pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance if serving as PIC Maintain controlled substance records and required pharmacy documentation Help maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused pharmacy environment Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of California pharmacy laws and regulations Retail/community pharmacy experience preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Strong communication and organizational skills $62-$65/hour , depending on experience and responsibilities.
