We are an independent community pharmacy in the Riverside area seeking a licensed California Pharmacist to join our team. We are especially interested in candidates who are willing to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) . Responsibilities Accurately review and dispense prescriptions Provide patient counseling and medication guidance Ensure compliance with California Board of Pharmacy requirements Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation Work closely with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure efficient daily operations Oversee pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance if serving as PIC Maintain controlled substance records and required pharmacy documentation Help maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused pharmacy environment Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of California pharmacy laws and regulations Retail/community pharmacy experience preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Strong communication and organizational skills PIC Opportunity We are actively seeking a pharmacist who is interested in serving as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC). Previous PIC experience is preferred but not required. An experienced pharmacist who is comfortable taking on PIC responsibilities is encouraged to apply. Additional compensation is available for candidates serving as PIC. Compensation $62-$65/hour , depending on experience and responsibilities. PIC compensation will be discussed based on experience and the scope of responsibilities.
