The Pharmacy Supervisor to lead our team of Pharmacists who are responsible for the production of high-quality, safe, and efficient compounded preparations. The person in this role will oversee our Pharmacists in daily operations, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in compounding processes.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary package with a base range of $160K-$185K base + bonus commensurate with experience.

Eligible How You'll Make an Impact Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning Set clear, specific productivity and quality expectations Support all facets of Wedgewood's operations as necessary to ensure high quality customer service and effective workflow within the organization Work collaboratively with other pharmacists and pharmacy staff to complete compounded orders Comply with USP <795>, <797> and <800> regulations Assist PIC and support staff selecting drugs from stock for dispensing and compounding preparations. Provide regular feedback to the leadership team in Bakersfield. Identify and recommend improvements to formulations. Maintain the highest level of quality. Knowledge of pharmacy equipment and supplies. Ensure patient and company information remains confidential Adhere to all applicable company policies and state/federal regulations Collaborate interdepartmentally to provide, or ask for, assistance regarding compounding or staffing as dictated by business needs. Maintain accurate records and systems to ensure that compounding team members are adequately trained on and are continually adhering to all measuring, mixing, packaging, and labeling steps What We're Looking For Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy with a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) and licensed in good standing with the California State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist. 2 years experience managing the efforts of others in a pharmacy lab setting 2-5 years of compounding experience Ability to monitor and obtain compliance with organizations policies and expectations Proven ability to lead by example, communicate with and motivate team members.
