Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Soliant Health is seeking a California-licensed Pharmacist for a travel opportunity with a low-volume inpatient hospital pharmacy in Northern California. This role is a great fit for pharmacists who enjoy patient interaction, clinical verification, and working in a low-volume pharmacy environment.
Schedule:
  • 7on/7off day shift; Wed-Tues rotation
Job Responsibilities:
  • Verifying medication orders
  • Patient consultation and provide medication information to all customers.
  • Sterile compounding, reconstituting of meds, unit dosing, removal of medications from stock prior to expiration dates.
  • Provide supervision to pharmacy technician staff
Requirements:
  • Active and clear California Pharmacist (RPh) license
  • 1+ years of pharmacist experience in an inpatient setting
  • Strong communication and patient counseling skills
