Duties:

• Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitor patient drug therapies for potential drug interactions or adverse effects
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
• Participate in medication therapy management programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Performs clinical and wellness services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, Medication Therapy Management (MTM ) and other healthcare services
• Ensures the use of all elements of the Good Faith Dispensing policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions ```

Experience:

```

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Current Immunization certificate & BLS training is a must.

Pay:

$65.00

• $72.

00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
