Job Description

Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Clinical Pharmacist for Inpatient Pharmacy for a position in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Full-Time Requirements:
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Health system experience required 3-5 years of management experience preferred Experience with IV admixture preparations, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition products preferred Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, antibiotic stewardship, and formulary management Ability to participate in Code Response Team activities Excellent communication and clinical consultation skills
