This role welcomes pharmacists with a minimum of three years of experience—PGY1 residency preferred—or two to three years of focused inpatient pharmacy practice, including exposure to children's and women's health. Candidates must possess or be eligible for a Connecticut pharmacist license, which can be obtained quickly through the state's temp licensing process within 7-10 business days. Experience with EPIC and Pyxis systems is essential. Candidates may contribute clinically in specialized areas or support operational pharmacy functions, such as sterile processing or pharmacist-in-charge duties, depending on experience and competencies.
