• New Haven, CT The Pharmacist performs clinical and professionalpharmaceutical work in the compounding and dispensing of drugs and IVsupplies.

The Pharmacist is responsiblefor reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy.

The Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals toplan, monitor, review and evaluate patient effectiveness and adverseeffects. The pharmacist provides informationand advice regarding drug interactions and potential side effects as well asanalyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to preventexcessive usage or harmful interactions.

• Minimum Requirements:
