  • Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Join a specialty compounding pharmacy dedicated to creating personalized pharmaceutical preparations tailored to patient needs.
This opportunity involves working under the Pharmacy Supervisor's direction within both Sterile and Non-Sterile Production departments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations for compounded medications. The role focuses on patient safety, accurate preparation, and providing expert counseling on compounded, prescription, and over-the-counter medications.

Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM Monday
  • Friday, 10:30 AM
  • 7:00 PM (may be assigned)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations are accurate and compliant with master formula worksheets and SOPs. Adhere to USP , , and guidelines for compounding. Follow company cleaning and garbing policies rigorously. Perform precise calculations and complete required documentation. Operate production and technical equipment according to company policies. Prepare work areas thoroughly before production and utilize correct aseptic techniques. Conduct quality control tests to verify compounded medication accuracy, quality, purity, and potency. Stay current with new compounding methods, formulations, and technologies. Support prescription dispensing personnel to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Valid PA Pharmacist license Recent pharmacy experience, with a background in sterile compounding required Open to new graduates eager to develop expertise in compounding pharmacy This role offers a competitive pay structure based on experience, with new graduates considered at a starting rate near $55 per hour.
