The RV Shop is located within an 80,000sqft facility to house all types and sizes of RVs while offering a growing mobile service to dominate the Northeast. Be sure to check us out on our social media pages and on our website! Key Functions Repair RVs that have been damaged or in a collision and restore them better than factory. Diagnose and determine repair needs and communicate findings Use a mixture of skills from carpentry, to plumbing, to electrical Repair and replace defective or damaged parts Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with industry standards Communicate with necessary to staff to obtain parts and materials Document all work performed and make recommendations on the repair order Meet assigned deadlines and communicate relevant setbacks as needed Ideal Characteristics High Quality and High Standards; RVs are treasures to their owners, and sometimes even their full-time home. Everything we do must be done the right way to ensure the best quality. Works with Urgency; We want to be better than the rest of the industry, and our customers expect their RVs back quickly. Strong Communication Skills; Things change throughout every repair, and it is important that the proper people are made aware on a constant basis. Team Player; RVs are big, and often times repairs are done in teams or pairs to ensure the job is done right and to a high standard.
