- Position Purpose
- This position is for pharmacists with experience in hospital pharmacy who are able to work directly with patients for medication histories, counseling, and responding to emergencies within the hospital.
- As a Pharmacist, you will:
- + Appropriately assesses patient data to identify medication-related problems through profile reviews, pharmacy consults and interdisciplinary rounding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Pharmacy degree (Pharm.
Preferred:
Experience with Pyxis MedStation, EPIC + BLS and ACLS certification before completion of orientation (will be provided if cannot provide upon hire)Position Highlights:
