Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Cardiovascular ICU Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | Day Shift | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus A leading healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to join its Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical pharmacist interested in working in a growing critical care environment with new facilities and equipment. Position Highlights $10,000 sign-on bonus Full-time Day shift; schedule varies based on physician rounding Cardiovascular ICU focus Brand-new clinical building and equipment Approximately 10-16 beds in the new unit Critical care services expanding from approximately 400 to 467 beds On-call every 4th weekend Cross-functional clinical responsibilities Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services to cardiovascular ICU patients. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds. Evaluate and optimize medication therapy. Make evidence-based recommendations to physicians and the care team. Monitor medication safety and patient outcomes. Provide clinical consultation and medication education. Support quality improvement initiatives. Perform cross-functional pharmacy responsibilities. Qualifications PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree. Appropriate Florida pharmacist licensure. Clinical pharmacy experience. Cardiovascular, critical care, or ICU pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Cerner experience preferred but not required. Epic experience is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
