Job Description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support its inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication therapy. Responsibilities include order verification, medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, and active participation in interdisciplinary rounds. You will educate patients and staff, support quality and regulatory initiatives, and help optimize rehab outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong growth potential.
