Job Description

Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) - Independent Community Pharmacy Vazquez Family Pharmacy, a new independent community pharmacy in Cape Coral, Florida, is seeking a licensed and dependable Pharmacist-in-Charge to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the pharmacy Accurately review and dispense prescriptions Counsel patients regarding their medications Maintain compliance with federal and Florida pharmacy regulations Manage pharmacy inventory and required records Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Assist with prescription transfers, insurance claims and prior authorizations Provide friendly and personalized patient care
Requirements:
Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to provide professional and compassionate patient care Immunization certification preferred Community pharmacy experience preferred Experience with Abacus Pharmacy Software is a plus Spanish-speaking ability is preferred Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
