Job Description

Pharmacist Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for practicing as a licensed pharmacist, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals, and supporting clinical pharmacy services. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. Duties Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and safety regulations. Provide professional consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy plans. Maintain comprehensive and accurate pharmacy records in compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly. Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments, guidelines, and best practices. Practice as a pharmacist with a focus on clinical pharmacy experience to support patient-centered care initiatives. Educate patients on health management topics beyond medication use when appropriate. Experience Proven experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in clinical pharmacy. Demonstrated ability to manage medication therapies effectively within a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and team members. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in dispensing and recordkeeping. Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and regulatory compliance standards is preferred. Pay:
Up to $60.00 per hour
