Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Critical Care) (Full Time) Larkin Community Hospital - 3.5 Hialeah, FL Job Details Full-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Acute care facility experience Full Job Description Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Critical Care (Full Time) The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist- Critical Care provides comprehensive, evidence-based medication management for critically ill patients. Operating in high-acuity environments, they collaborate with intensivists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to prevent medication errors, optimize complex drug regimens, and manage rapid changes in patient stability.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy. Current Pharmacist License in good standing in the state of Florida. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency is preferred Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP) credential through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties is highly preferred. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency is strongly preferred (or an equivalent timeline of documented clinical ICU experience). A minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience is required.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM
