Outpatient Outpatient Staff Pharmacist | Hollywood, Florida RPh on the Go - 4.1 Hollywood, FL Job Details Part-time | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist (State-Specific) Doctor of Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist Full Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role offers an opportunity for a licensed pharmacist to contribute to a busy outpatient retail pharmacy serving a tribal community. The position focuses on ensuring accuracy in prescription verification, providing patient counseling, and overseeing pharmacy technician staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
Location:
Hollywood, FL Schedule/Shift:
Part-time, Day Shift 9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday Key Responsibilities:
Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance Provide clear and compassionate patient counseling on medication usage and safety Supervise pharmacy technicians, supporting workflow and adherence to procedures Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Active Florida State Pharmacist License in good standing with no negative history Recent retail pharmacy experience demonstrating strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
