Sterile Compounding Technician Q Pharmacy - Jupiter, FL Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About Q Pharmacy Q Pharmacy is a 503A sterile compounding pharmacy located in Jupiter, Florida. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Sterile Compounding Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous sterile compounding experience, a strong understanding of aseptic technique, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and patient safety. Responsibilities Prepare sterile compounded medications in accordance with pharmacy procedures and applicable standards. Perform sterile compounding using proper aseptic technique. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and USP <797> requirements. Perform accurate calculations, measurements, and documentation associated with compounding activities. Maintain proper cleaning and disinfection of sterile compounding areas and equipment. Follow gowning, hand hygiene, and cleanroom procedures. Maintain accurate production and compounding records. Assist with inventory management and organization of compounding supplies. Inspect materials and finished preparations for accuracy and quality. Follow all pharmacy quality assurance, safety, and compliance procedures. Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other pharmacy personnel. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of sterile compounding experience required. Experience with Life File software! (please mention if you do). Experience working in a sterile compounding pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or similar sterile preparation environment preferred. Knowledge of aseptic technique and sterile compounding practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to reliably commute to Jupiter, Florida . Must be able to successfully pass a background check .
