Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire I'm currently recruiting for a Pharmacist-in-Charge opportunity in Florida. This is a great fit for an experienced pharmacist with sterile compounding and infusion/oncology experience who is ready to step into a leadership role.
Type:
Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30
PM Volume:
Approximately 100 prescriptions/day, including 15-20 chemotherapy preparations
Responsibilities:
Oversee sterile compounding and final verification Review medication orders for safety, dosing, interactions, and compatibility Supervise pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Maintain cleanroom and quality standards Manage inventory, controlled substances, audits, and documentation Develop pharmacy policies, procedures, and staff training
Requirements:
Active Florida Pharmacist license 3-5 years of hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding experience Pharmacy management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Recent home infusion, hospital, or oncology infusion experience preferred If interested, please reply with your updated resume or give me a call.
