Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem This PRN Pharmacist opportunity supports a growing compounding pharmacy specializing in non-sterile formulations with an upcoming sterile compounding launch. Located in Doral, FL, this dynamic site is affiliated with a national telehealth pharmacy company focusing on GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and female hormone treatments, with plans to expand into testosterone therapies.
Schedule and Location:
Per diem shifts available starting 9/23, with additional coverage needed through October Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Based in Doral, FL, servicing the Miami/Doral area
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Support operational workflow during sterile compounding launch Review and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations on expanding services Provide pharmacist coverage as needed during business hours
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Florida Pharmacist License required Experience in compounding pharmacy, either sterile or non-sterile, is highly preferred Familiarity with pharmacy startups is a plus Retail pharmacy experience is acceptable Willingness to receive training on compounding techniques if needed About the

This small but rapidly growing pharmacy currently employs approximately five on-site staff, with additional remote clinical support. Having operated non-sterile compounding for over a year, the pharmacy is preparing to launch sterile compounding services imminently.
