Healthcare / Pharmacy About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and lead a team of pharmacy technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong retail pharmacy management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately and safely. Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow. Lead, supervise, and support pharmacy technicians. Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Provide excellent patient service and medication-related guidance. Utilize pharmacy/patient management systems effectively. Support overall pharmacy performance and operational efficiency. Requirements PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree. Active pharmacist license in the State of Florida. Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience. Previous leadership or Pharmacist-in-Charge experience strongly preferred. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with pharmacy/patient management systems. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist-in-Charge, or Pharmacy Manager who is comfortable leading pharmacy operations, managing staff, and interacting with patients in both English and Spanish.Interested candidates:
