Job Description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will review and verify medication orders, prepare and dispense medications, and provide pharmacotherapy consults to ensure safe, effective, patient centered care. In our nurturing, dynamic environment, you'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, support medication reconciliation and quality initiatives, and educate patients and staff while advancing your clinical pharmacy career.
