Job Description

Overview:
This is an overnight position one week on one week off. Monday thru Friday 9:00 PM to 7:00 am and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 pm to 7:00 am To provide and support pharmaceutical care including medication dispensing, preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems, promoting optimal therapeutics and medication education. To participate in the performance improvement, academic programs and clinical research activities of the department. ACDP Qualifications:
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy -OR- Pharm D. degree (Doctor of Pharmacy)
Preferred Education:
Post-graduate residency training
Necessary Skills:
Attention to detail and ability to distinguish drug products. Fine motor coordination and manual puter skills and accuracy in calculations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Supervision of technician employees.
Required Licensure/Certifications:
Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida -OR-Eligible for Pharmacist license in the State of Florida within 90 days of the date of hire/transfer
Required Experience:
Less than one year pharmacist/intern experience
Preferred Experience:
Experience and/or advanced training in specific practice area.
Supervision:
Supervisory responsibility of 3-18 employees
Age of Patients Served:
All age groups
