Job Description
Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Job Type Contract A post-acute specialty hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity. This role will serve as the primary pharmacist and PIC/Consultant of Record, supporting daily pharmacy operations and providing after-hours and weekend coverage.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Start Date:
- ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Serve as PIC/Consultant of Record
- Provide daily pharmacy staffing and oversee pharmacy operations
- Provide weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage
- Perform IV compounding in a segregated compounding area
- Support medication management for a post-acute patient population
- Work with pharmacy technician and remote order-entry support
Requirements:
- Active Florida Pharmacist license
- Florida Consultant Pharmacist license preferred/ideal
- Hospital pharmacy experience
- IV compounding experience required
- Comfortable serving as PIC/Consultant of Record
- Availability for weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage
- Ability to start quickly
