Schaefer Drugs Pharmacy is looking for a dependable, motivated Licensed Pharmacist to join our team. We are an independent pharmacy focused on providing excellent patient care, personalized service, and a positive experience for our patients and healthcare partners. We are looking for someone who is professional, efficient, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Review and accurately dispense prescriptions Counsel patients on medications and proper use Perform DUR and identify potential drug interactions Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers Oversee pharmacy technicians and daily workflow Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy requirements and applicable regulations Assist with inventory management and medication ordering Provide friendly, professional customer service Help maintain an organized and efficient pharmacy Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program Compounding pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge and experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) preferred Familiarity with compounded medications, peptides, GLP-1 medications, and related therapies preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Perks Package (AFTER 90 DAY REVIEW)
