Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A leadership role is available for managing a home infusion pharmacy branch, focusing on delivering safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This position oversees daily pharmacy operations, sterile compounding, and clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting branch profitability and operational excellence. Responsibilities include directing all aspects of pharmacy operations such as sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control. This role leads recruitment, orientation, ongoing training, and performance evaluations of pharmacy staff. Ensuring adherence to State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP guidelines is critical, as well as maintaining clinical oversight and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Participation in budgeting, workflow strategies, and process improvements supports the business objectives of the branch. Ideal candidates will hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and possess an active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia. A strong background with 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings is necessary. Expertise in IV admixture, regulatory standards, and proven leadership skills are essential. Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems is highly preferred. The position includes administrative on-call duties as needed, with the pharmacist team sharing regular on-call rotations.
