A growing infusion pharmacy in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. Position Details Start:

Direct Hire Salary:
$165,000-$185,000+ (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5
PM Flexibility:
Must be flexible with scheduling
On-Call:
Administrative on-call; pharmacist team rotates regular clinical on-call
Team:
10 Pharmacists, 11 Technicians, 10
Support Staff System:
CPR+ / CareTend — experience highly preferred Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and clinical services Lead sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory Supervise pharmacists and technicians Recruit, train, onboard, and develop pharmacy staff Manage performance evaluations and on-call scheduling Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy requirements and USP / Provide clinical oversight of home infusion therapies Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient outcomes Assist with budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Georgia Pharmacist license PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program 5-7 years of direct clinical and operations experience in home infusion or acute care Previous infusion experience and infusion management experience required Proven experience managing pharmacy staff Strong focus on employee training and orientation Knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory requirements Strong leadership and organizational skills CPR+/CareTend experience highly preferred Why This Role Stands Out The biggest focus here is training for long-term success .
