POSITION SUMMARY
Here at Integrity, the Patient Services Department is responsible for handling patient and practitioner phone calls, processing prescriptions, entering data into pharmacy software, logistics tracking, account management, insurance processing, and serving as the communication liaison between doctors' offices, patients, and our Lab team. Our Patient Services Department is currently divided into 3 teams: Clinical Specialist (Insurance) Team, Daily Essentials Team, and Data and Logistics Team. We are seeking an experienced, driven Pharmacist Team Lead to direct and manage our team of Pharmacy Technicians on the Data and Logistics Team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated technician team responsible for top-tier customer service, high-volume prescription processing, proactive order tracking, data entry, information organization, and provider account management. As a Pharmacist Team Lead, you must bring a strong retail and/or specialty pharmacy leadership background. You will act as a role model, setting the standard for efficiency, accuracy, and professional excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & People Management:
Direct, coach, and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians. Lead by example, maintain high team morale, provide constructive feedback, redirect workflows when necessary, and hold technicians accountable to performance standards. PV1
Verification & Accuracy:
Efficiently and accurately perform PV1 (Pharmacist Verification 1) and prescription verifications, ensuring total compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Service & Account Management:
Oversee team operations to ensure patients and healthcare providers receive top-tier customer service. Serve as an escalation point for complex patient, prescriber, or account management inquiries.
Workflow & Logistics Oversight:
Supervise daily data entry, prescription processing, proactive tracking, and information organization to maintain a smooth handoff between patient services, shipping, and the lab teams.
Process Efficiency:
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining strict attention to detail and zero-defect accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Partner with lead pharmacists, lab managers, and shipping leads to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and alignment with overall company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Licensure:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution with an active Georgia Pharmacist License in good standing (Required).
Leadership Experience:
Proven leadership or management experience in a retail and/or specialty pharmacy setting required.
Verification Skills:
High efficiency and demonstrated accuracy in prescription processing and PV1 verification.
Team Management Ability:
Strong track record of coaching, motivating, and holding pharmacy technician teams accountable.
Customer Service Excellence:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Core Competencies:
Extreme attention to detail, high operational efficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and superb time management.
Schedule Availability:
Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM
•5:30 PM, including attendance at occasional 8:00 AM monthly meetings.
