Primarily 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, 8-hour shifts

ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders with accuracy and efficiency Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor and manage pharmacokinetics to tailor medication therapies Utilize healthcare IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management

Desired Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist license or eligibility for a temporary license (temp license holders encouraged to apply) Experience working in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of medication verification processes and pharmacokinetics Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system and Pyxis dispensing machines Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented approach This position offers an excellent chance to apply your pharmaceutical expertise in a well-equipped hospital environment while working the desired second shift.
