Here's your chance to join a privately owned, family-run pharmacy group with over a century of history serving communities across the tri-state area (IA/WI/IL), a business where pharmacists are trusted clinicians, not metrics on a dashboard. We're looking for a Float Pharmacist based in Dubuque, IA (or within an hour of it) to provide coverage across a network of community pharmacy locations. If you love variety in your week, genuine patient relationships, and the autonomy that comes with independent pharmacy, this one's worth a conversation. What you'll be doing: Providing pharmacist coverage across multiple community pharmacy locations within a 2-hour radius of Dubuque Counselling patients on prescription and OTC medications, supporting their total wellbeing, not just filling scripts Completing MTM reviews and outcomes work, with a hybrid element allowing some of this from home Ensuring safe, clinically appropriate medication therapy
  • interaction, allergy and duplicate therapy checks Maintaining full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Building relationships with patients and pharmacy teams across the region
