$68.67 - $84.27 per hour Comprehensive benefits package Supportive healthcare organization with strong community roots Opportunity to work closely with providers and care teams Greater professional autonomy and clinical involvement Stable, long-term career opportunity Access to incredible outdoor recreation, hiking, fishing, skiing, boating, and more Outstanding work-life balance in one of the Northwest's most scenic regions Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations Counsel patients regarding medications, side effects, drug interactions, and treatment plans Review prescriptions for appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness Monitor and evaluate patient-specific drug therapy outcomes Serve as a trusted medication resource for patients, caregivers, physicians, and clinical staff Oversee pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations Maintain accurate medication records and inventory controls Promote medication safety and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Required Active Oregon Pharmacist license or eligibility for Oregon licensure through reciprocity Minimum three (3) years of retail pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and pharmacy operations Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Ability to prioritize workload and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment BLS certification within 60 days of hire Preferred Hospital-affiliated retail pharmacy experience Community health or integrated healthcare experience Board of Pharmacy Licensed Preceptor designation Immunization certification or willingness to obtain within 18 months Previous inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience Who Will Thrive Here?
