Pioneer Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately under the supervision of the pharmacy manager.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and regimens.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, following organizational guidelines.
• Maintain pharmacy stock levels and control drug records, including inventories.
• Resolve patient issues and assist with clarifying third-party insurance coverage questions.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail pharmacy practice.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.
