Job Description
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.Licensure:
Current Pharmacist license issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA).Experience:
A minimum of four (4) years of experience, including successful completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and a PGY2 Residency/Fellowship, or equivalent experience in drug information services.
