Seeking Clinical Pharmacist Specialist- Critical Care! Baptist Health Floyd, Pharmacy Services Full-Time (40 Hours/Week), Four Days (7am-5:30pm), Every 3rd Weekend • Up to $40,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced, External Applicants • Baptist Health Pharmacy services are committed to ensuring the optimal safe and effective use of medications for all patients through advanced technology and innovative application of skilled personnel that will improve clinical outcomes and community health in a value-based environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Floyd patients in Critical Care including optimizing medication therapies Drug preparation and distribution for medications at Baptist Health Floyd Evaluate, input, and verify new medication orders Assist providers and other healthcare professions by serving as a drug information resource Manage Pharmacy inventory
What You Need:
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy with a PharmD (Preferred) Indiana Pharmacist Registration Hospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency (Preferred) Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent (Preferred) ACLS Certification (Will Provide) We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
