Role Overview:

This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on medication and health needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, and document controlled medication use. Offer expert guidance to support customer health and business needs, developing and improving action plans. Lead and model excellent customer service, resolving issues within company guidelines. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards, overseeing quality assurance and risk reduction. Maintain accurate records, support safety initiatives, and promote a culture of patient safety and quality care. Foster a respectful, ethical, and inclusive workplace, mentoring team members and strengthening team dynamics. Prioritize customer satisfaction, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement using new technologies and practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills, with a focus on patient safety and ethical standards.
