Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist to provide per diem support at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy, located in North Vernon, IN, from October 5th through October 9th. The pharmacist will work within a regulated healthcare environment, utilizing Liberty RX software to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately for collection or delivery. Manage inventory by ordering necessary equipment and supplies, and maintaining accurate records. Apply best practice protocols for storing prescription drugs and controlled substances. Verify prescription information with healthcare providers as needed. Maintain and monitor an approved drug list, including expiry dates. Oversee product displays, shelves, and the overall pharmacy appearance. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of inventory, patient records, and insurance claims. Provide telepharmacy support to remote sites. Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to support pharmacy staff and operational needs. Ensure pharmacy services comply with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current licensed pharmacist in Indiana (verified). Immunization license required. Proven skills in pharmacy operations, with experience using Liberty RX software. Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory. Resume, skills checklist, and references ready for submission.
