As a PRN Clinical Pharmacist, you'll support safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication therapy that enhances patient outcomes and strengthens our clinical teams. What You'll Do:

• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy
• Dispense and distribute medications
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service
• Interpret lab results and patient charts
• Share drug info with hospital teams
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives
• Document clinical interventions

What You Will Need:

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred)
• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License
