Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A closed-door pharmacy in Topeka, KS is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role offers the chance to work in a focused environment supporting long term care (LTC) facilities with a well-established medication management process. The position requires a motivated individual ready to start immediately and willing to work within a structured schedule.

Responsibilities include:

Checking and verifying stat medications, Ekits, and blister pack medications to ensure accuracy and safety Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficiency and compliance Reviewing and checking IV preparations Supporting daily pharmacy operations with a focus on meeting production goals in a fast-paced LTC setting

Desired Experience:

Prior long term care pharmacy experience is highly preferred, with familiarity in workflow and production pace essential for success Candidates from retail pharmacy backgrounds with strong motivation and adaptability are welcome, with training provided to ensure smooth integration into LTC operations Must possess a valid Kansas pharmacist license

Schedule/Hours:
