Manage daily pharmacy operations with a focus on home infusion services Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service and accuracy Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Maintain inventory control and oversee procurement of pharmaceutical supplies Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy workflow and patient safety

Desired Experience:
