Olathe and Lenexa, KS Key Responsibilities:
Verify prescriptions accurately for home infusion therapies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety protocols Support sterile and non-sterile compounding operations adhering to USP and guidelines Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication use and outcomes for complex therapeutic areas Maintain detailed documentation of verification checks and quality assurance processes Provide leadership in sterile compounding compliance as needed, reporting to the Pharmacy-in-Charge (PIC)
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials in Kansas Experience with home infusion pharmacy practices and verification procedures Knowledge of sterile compounding standards and USP / regulations strongly preferred Familiarity with GLP-1, HRT, and functional medicine is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to work on-site in a dynamic pharmacy environment
