Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to manage daily operations within a retail pharmacy setting. This role requires oversight of prescription verification, staff supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance, contributing to the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pharmacy operations in alignment with state and federal regulations. Perform final verification of prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness. Supervise pharmacy staff to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold quality standards. Maintain PIC-required records, including controlled substance documentation, licensing, and audit preparedness.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Kansas Pharmacist License. Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy environment. Pharmacy-in-Charge (PIC) or management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is a contract opportunity located in Rolla, KS.
