Provide pharmaceutical care for inpatient hospital patients, including medication dispensing, dosing, and monitoring Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Lead the implementation of pharmacy protocols specific to the inpatient setting Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Support and educate hospital staff regarding medication use and safety Maintain accurate medication records and documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy departmentWhat You Need:
Valid Pharmacist license in Kansas or eligible for licensure Prior inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities About theAssignment:
