Responsibilities:

Verify prescriptions accurately with a focus on home infusion therapies. Ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards for sterile compounding. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Support pharmacy operations related to specialized medications including GLP-1 and HRT. Manage verification processes to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients regarding medication therapies. Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Licensed pharmacist with experience in home infusion pharmacy practice. Knowledge and hands-on experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding.
